Under this task, FirstPic, Inc. provided assistance to the National Native American Law Enforcement Association (NNALEA) with all activities related to the implementation and management of the Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T.) project. Such activities included:
- Design and delivery of customized training.
- Provision of training and technical assistance.
- Development and dissemination of curriculum and materials that supported all training and technical assistance activities and outreach goals.
- Administration of appropriate evaluation instruments including initial training and program implementation.
- Assistance to NNALEA with other requirements such as providing counsel and direction with other federal grants, trainings, or special initiatives as needed.
